LTE Band 40 Measurements

Band 40 is the 2300 MHz - 2400 MHz frequency band used for LTE TDD mode. In this band, LTE Supports, 5, 10, 15, 20 MHz channel bandwidths. Picture 1 shows the LTE Band 40's frequency spectrum obtained using at location (13°04'49.0"N,80°13'33.8"E). Click here for high-resolution image.

It can be observed that there are four active LTE transmissions in this band.

  • 10 MHz bandwidth centered at 2305 MHz

  • 20 MHz bandwidth centered at 2320 MHz

  • 20 MHz bandwidth centered at 2340 MHz

  • 10 MHz bandwidth centered at 2355 MHz

Given below is the details of measurements (IQ samples) taken at focusing on 2340 MHz transmission.
